Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Salary: $26-$28/hour DOE, plus incentive bonuses tied to clear sales performance metrics

Location: Kent, WA (in-office)

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt

Shift: Day, M-F or as otherwise scheduled

Reports to: Division Manager, Arrow Emblems / HPI Emblem

Position Overview:

Arrow Emblems/HPI Emblem are manufacturing and logistics companies specializing in solving the complex challenges of art approvals, production, and shipping for promotional products, including patches, pins, stickers, and medals. We’re committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers. The Customer Success Specialist is dedicated to providing exceptional support to key accounts managed by our Outside Sales/Account Managers. This role focuses on order management, proactive communication, and maintaining high customer satisfaction among strategic accounts, ensuring seamless operations and successful long-term relationships. In addition, the Customer Success Specialist will support the sales team with order processing, sending samples, preparing quotes, assisting with various administrative tasks, and accompanying account managers on customer visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Order Management:

  • Accurately process, monitor, and expedite orders for key accounts, collaborating closely with internal departments (sales, production, shipping).
  • Swiftly resolve order and shipping discrepancies or delays, keeping key customers and account managers consistently informed.
  • Prepare and send product samples to customers as requested.
  • Generate and deliver timely, accurate price quotes for customers.

Dedicated Sales Support:

  • Provide targeted administrative and operational support to account managers managing key accounts, particularly during their travel.
  • Accompany account managers on customer visits as needed, to assist with presentations, and ensure strong customer engagement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and accurate CRM updates for key accounts, assisting account managers in managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Support account managers with miscellaneous sales-related tasks to help them achieve their goals efficiently.

Proactive Customer Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key account customer inquiries and provide secondary account management as needed to support primary account managers.
  • Deliver prompt, professional responses and effective solutions to customer questions or concerns.
  • Maintain regular, proactive engagement with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years in inside sales, customer service, account management support, or a similar role.
  • Experience with order processing, quoting, or CRM systems (Hubspot).
  • Exposure to working alongside field sales or on customer visits is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer success, key account support, inside sales, sales support, or similar roles.

Skills:

  • Superior organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, order entry systems).
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel locally with sales team members as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Dedication to maintaining high standards of customer service and cultivating lasting relationships with strategic customers.
