Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator 1

Company Overview

Job Description

The Arrow Emblems/HPI Emblem sales operations team drives our company to find new customers, retain current customers, and develop innovative solutions for improving our product and service. As an entry-level sales operations coordinator, you will be instrumental in building relationships and promoting our company’s brand with a focus on positivity, honesty, and professionalism. Your phone and email interactions will directly contribute to customer retention and word-of-mouth sales. You would be a great fit for our team if you are reliable with excellent listening and communication skills and an outgoing personality that fosters instant rapport. If you enjoy talking to people and helping people see the value in our products, then this is the job for you!

Work Environment

• Fast-paced office setting with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborative environment with regular interactions across various departments

Work Location

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, in our Kent WA office

Compensation

• $20-$22 per hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and inbound calls and emails
• Collaborating with team members to solve problems and issues
• Using expert product knowledge to understand customer requirements and help them find the right product for their needs
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate account manager/sales representative for further development and closure
• Preparing/sending accurate quotes
• Responding to general inquiries and providing recommendations
• Acting as a liaison between sales, customer support, and other relevant departments to facilitate timely and effective solutions
• Entering orders, maintaining inventory of our sample room, and sending sample packs to customers
• Upselling inbound customer orders
• Cross-selling other division services

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service (or comparable) experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, creativity, and a friendly demeanor
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable and savvy with using a computer and navigating the internet
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM, and Asana is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize/prioritize work, and manage time effectively
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Flexibility to adapt with a growing and changing organization
