Customer Service Representative

• Division: Ignition Drawing
• Salary: $21-$23 DOE
• Location: Kent, WA
• Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt
• Shift: Day, M-F or as otherwise scheduled

Position Description

Do you have experience with vector drawing or embroidery digitizing? Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fun and supportive environment while learning new skills?  Join the team at Ignition Drawing, a division of Velociterra, a promotional products company.

We’re seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative who communicates clearly, pays attention to detail, and helps customers get what they need. Experience with graphic design software is a plus, but embroidery experience is not required. We offer on-the-job training in a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• – Assist customers via email and phone, answering questions and providing timely, helpful solutions.
• – Help customers troubleshoot issues involving file types, design software, and compatibility with embroidery and other production machines, coordinating with internal experts as needed.
• – Provide support and guidance on our digitizing and vector services to help customers select the right solution for their needs.
• – Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly, following through to ensure customers receive the information, files, or services they need.
• – Coordinate detailed customer instructions, artwork requirements, and revisions with production artists to support accurate orders and on-time delivery.
• – Recommend relevant products and services offered by other Velociterra divisions.
• – Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• – At least one year of customer service or comparable experience.
• – Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, is a plus, but not required.
• – Knowledge of embroidery or screen printing is helpful, but not required.
• – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• – Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely, practical solutions.
• – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• – Comfortable using computers, navigating the internet, and learning new software.
• – Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work, and meet deadlines.
• – Dependable and punctual, with consistent attendance.
• – Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a growing, changing organization.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
