Sales Enablement Analyst
Salary: $70,000-$75,000 DOE

Velociterra ensures innovation, quality, and customer-centricity across all of its operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Enablement Analyst to support our B2B sales efforts across our souvenir and promotional goods divisions (Impulse Souvenirs, Arrow Emblems, and HPI Emblem). Our company generates $15M in annual sales through a dynamic team of seven sales professionals. In this role, you will assist the sales team by streamlining processes, managing CRM data, preparing reports, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role will also be responsible for tracking and reporting key sales metrics—including customer contacts, leads, and sales revenue—for regular meetings with the sales team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at multitasking, and enjoys working collaboratively to help drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Process Optimization
-Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and client lists for sales representatives.
-Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to improve efficiency and workflow.
-Coordinate follow-ups on outstanding quotes and tradeshow orders with the sales team.
-Manage and maintain CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy in customer records, sales activities, and pipeline tracking.
-Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, templates, and resources to help sales reps engage prospects effectively.
-Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and improve team productivity.
-Assist in implementing CRM automation and reporting enhancements for better sales tracking.
-Monitor and track sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations for process optimization.
Sales Metrics & Reporting
-Conduct regular check-ins with sales reps/account managers to monitor KPIs, promote accountability, and reporting.
-Track and analyze key sales metrics, including customer contacts, lead conversions, and sales revenue.
-Provide data insights and recommendations to help the sales team identify growth opportunities.
-Ensure sales leadership has up-to-date information on pipeline activity and sales trends.
-Generate and distribute weekly and monthly sales performance reports for sales leadership and team meetings.
-Maintain dashboards and reporting tools within HubSpot to monitor sales activity and trends.
-Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to help sales teams identify growth opportunities.
Event Coordination
-Help manage trade show logistics, including scheduling, shipping promotional materials, and coordinating sales team participation.
-Assist in organizing customer appreciation events and internal sales meetings.
Qualifications
-Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
-3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support roles.
-Experience in the souvenir, promotional products, or B2B industry is a plus.
-Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM system, with experience in dashboard creation and reporting.
-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
-Excellent analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting key sales metrics.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and data entry.
